Collectors Gallery - RINGS: The Ring in All Its Glory, from 1960 to Today : Collectors Gallery, Brussels
Opening | Thursday, September 25, from 4 PM to 9 PM | By invitation only
To mark the 20th anniversary of Brussels Art Square (BAS), a major annual gathering for art and antiques at the Sablon, Betty De Stefano is delighted to present RINGS at the Collectors Gallery.
This exhibition shines a spotlight on the ring as a form of wearable sculpture—a deeply personal piece of jewelry, a globally recognized symbol, and a fertile medium for modern artistic expression.
From radical design to contemporary art jewelry, RINGS explores a powerful symbol constantly reinvented by artists and makers.
The presentation is conceived as an energetic and personal survey, highlighting key artists and designers from various eras and backgrounds who have all embraced the ring as a canvas for creative freedom and a vehicle for personal expression.
The exhibition features works by
