Elisabetta Cipriani Gallery presents a focused exploration of the earring as a wearable micro-sculpture, featuring works by 35 leading contemporary artists including Ron Arad, Giampaolo Babetto, Jacqueline De Jong and Anish Kapoor.
This exhibition examines the ancient gesture of adornment through pieces that inhabit the communicative space between object and expression, acting as a relational form of jewelry that responds to the movement and gaze of the wearer.
I am pleased to contribute my minimalist sculptures to this collective dialogue, where each work becomes a "first encounter" between the artwork and the face.
